I’m grateful to Inspector General Tammy Hull and her team for their thorough review process in South Dakota and their thoughtful recommendations for improvements.

This is a good first step in improving our mail service, and I hope it will begin to reduce delivery times in our state.

The OIG agrees with South Dakotans that mail service is as bad as we have been saying it is for the last two years.
