I am of the opinion, starting out looking at this, that if you simply tell them they have got to increase the percentage, what you end up doing is either decreasing the total amount that they can lend in order to comply with a particular arbitrary number or there is a way around it by simply have more of the final product broken out into smaller businesses coming through.
