Protecting and defending innocent life is and remains important to our Legislature, governor, attorney general and citizens.

Everyone, regardless of their income level, is entitled to equal justice under the law.

While we respect the panel’s decision, we still believe the South Dakota Legislature reached a fair solution to our petition process, without infringing on the First Amendment.
