Habeas corpus is a constitutional right that the president has to be able to remove people from this country.
I'm not a constitutional lawyer, but I believe it does.
the principle of habeas corpus was a concept that gave the president the 'constitutional right' to deport people.
They don’t deserve to be in the House.
