I thank the gentleman for his continued leadership on this issue. For years, he has invested time and effort and heart and soul into protecting as many victims as possible, and for that, we will always be grateful. I want to yield to the good Representative from Minnesota (Mr. Paulsen). Representative Paulsen has been a longtime defender of the victims of human trafficking. In fact, in 2006, when he was a member of the Minnesota Legislature, he was the author of legislation that would form the first statewide human trafficking task force. That task force was the first step toward Minnesota's safe harbor law. The legislation that he will have here on the floor this week is modeled after that on a Federal level, and I certainly appreciate his time and investment in protecting as many children and victims as possible. I yield to Representative Paulsen.
