I thank the leader for yielding. You know, it never ceases to amaze me the misleading claims that will come from my colleagues on the other side of the aisle at times. One of them that has been talked about a lot here today is the fact that only the rich and famous would benefit from this piece of legislation. Well, I have been sitting back here, and I have been trying to think of even a handful of famous people in South Dakota that are going to benefit from this. {time} 1150 I can't come up with it; but I've got over 20,000 jobs in the State of South Dakota, and 20,000 different businesses that are going to benefit from this piece of legislation. That's why I'm supporting it. My constituents in South Dakota so many times only look at government as an entity that costs them money and makes it very detrimental and hard for them to succeed. When the government can actually step in and do something that makes it easier for them to succeed and help drive that success, then that is something we should be behind, and that's why the Small Business Tax Cut is a perfect example of that situation. Small businesses create jobs, and they also employ almost half of all the private sector employees in this country. This bill is going to free up the cash so that those small businesses can keep people employed when they've hit tough times and maybe reinvest in their businesses.…
