Even if the argument is made... that premiums have not gone up all that dramatically, when you promise a $2,500 reduction and you see a $3,500 increase, that seems to me to be a pretty big increase.

The only conclusion one can draw is that the Democrats have concluded that it is good politics for them not to allow the Republicans to ‘get a victory’ or the president to ‘get a victory’ in the middle of a political season.
