I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn to then convene for pro forma session only, with no business being conducted, on the following dates and times: Monday, April 14 at 8:45; Thursday, April 17 at 9 a.m.; Monday, April 21 at 6:45 a.m.; and Thursday, April 24 at 10 a.m.; further, that when the Senate adjourns on Thursday, April 24, it stand adjourned until 3 p.m. on Monday, April 28; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, and the Senate be in a period of morning business, with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each; further, that notwithstanding rule XXII, the cloture motions filed on April 10 ripen at 5:30 p.m. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
