Res. 31, all debate time be expired, the joint resolution be read a third time, the Senate vote on passage of the joint resolution, and, if passed, the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table; further, that following disposition of Calendar No. 31, S.J. Res. 31, the Senate proceed to executive session and resume consideration of the Bisignano nomination; finally, that notwithstanding rule XXII, the cloture motion with respect to the Bisignano nomination ripen at 1:45 p.m. tomorrow.
