Well, that's nice of him. I guess. I don't know, what do you say on that? That's a decision that's made by my colleagues.
If the result is only achieved by nuking the legislative filibuster, we don’t have the votes to do that and so that’s not a — that’s just not a realistic option
And I think at some point it becomes a decision of what can you get the votes to do.
I hope this will encourage my colleagues to stop blocking reauthorization of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
