Do you think that the Federal Government in Washington is too small? Now, if the answer is yes to that question, obviously that person is going to like the President's plan to grow the size of government by spending the surplus. But I would suspect that most people, in fact when I ask this question across my State, I do not see any hands get raised. I am guessing if the gentleman asks that question in his district in Colorado he would get the same response. Most people in this country understand the Federal Government is big enough. In fact, we believe, and I think most people believe, that we ought to continue this process that we have begun of shifting power out of Washington and back to those communities that the gentleman talked about, back to school districts, back to families, back to individuals so they can do more for their communities. We need for Washington to do less and the American people to do more.
