The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 141) congratulating the University of South Carolina women's basketball team for winning the 2017 National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I Women's Basketball Tournament Championship. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
