Mr. President, I ask for a minute to respond. First of all, let me reiterate--the dollars will be spent regardless. The dollars would be completely wasted and no wall whatsoever. Of course, this reconsideration of their policies--we can already see the disastrous consequences of what they have already done. God help us in terms of what the results will be of future policies as well. So, again, I ask that my amendment be considered.
