In your July hearing, witness after witness talked about the abysmal track record of IHS. It is really unacceptable.
there have been times that IHS has been a refuge for providers who are not good.
I think the percentage of vacant positions is in excess of 25 percent.
We also know how important it is when EPA is making a decision that they include the state in those decisions...
