I yield myself 30 seconds. I want to thank my friend for this debate. I would say to my friend that this bill is identical to the bill that we had in the House. It is an identical bill. It is identical in portion. It is not the entire bill that we had in the House, but this portion of the bill is identical to the bill that we had in the House. I would hope my colleagues would join our colleagues in the Senate in supporting this legislation. I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore.
