Mr. Speaker, I yield myself 30 seconds. I want to thank my friend for his support of the bill. I know he is looking forward to being able to listen to his favorite hip hop music on his favorite low power FM station in Florida. This has been a long journey. We have tried earnestly to address all of the concerns that the broadcasters have, and there were many at times. But I think we finally reached a point where we all agree, broadcasters, commercial and noncommercial, that we now have a process in place that protects their interests and their concerns and allows local communities now to have this valuable resource. I reserve the balance of my time.
