While the next panel is gathering, can I just express my appreciation to Senator Klobuchar for including in her bill a provision that Senator Sessions and I have supported to make sure that it is clear that the U.S. Marshals can deploy in the situation in which a child has been kidnaped or disappeared, very often to be put into this kind of trafficking use.
