This is a hugely important milestone but there are two big pieces of work in front of us.

We introduced the Disaster Relief Fairness Act in July, which would require the federal government to approve disaster aid when a state meets FEMA’s criteria for assistance.

If we can pass this bill, we will flood the grid with clean, affordable energy and make data centers start paying their fair share.

And when we have more clarity on that they’ll be back-and-forth to try to resolve those issues.
