Reserving the right to object--it is not in the form of a question--but, as I said, during the Keystone debate, the energy committee chair said we should get beyond the discussion as to whether climate change is real and talk about what do we do. I will not take more time now than to say that I hope we soon do get to that question: What do we do? With that, I will not object. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
