I applaud Chairman Grassley for his efforts to improve oversight over Federal dollars.

I really applaud Chairman Grassley's efforts to improve the juvenile justice system when it fails the children that it is supposed to serve.

We did a very significant piece of legislation in a hotly contested issue area that cleared the Committee 22-0.

I hope that part of this review will not just include what happened in Wisconsin or what happened in Virginia...
