I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the consideration of H.R. 2860 which was received from the House and is now at the desk. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title. The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (H. R. 2860) to amend title 5, United States Code, to provide that the Inspector General of the Office of Personnel Management may use amounts in the revolving fund of the Office to fund audits, investigations, and oversight activities, and for other purposes. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
