Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2013; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate be in a period of morning business until 10:30 a.m., with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each, with the time equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their designees with the majority controlling the first half and the Republicans controlling the final half; further, that following morning business, the Senate recess for 1 hour to allow for a Senators-only briefing; and that when the Senate reconvenes, the Senate resume consideration of S. 743, the Marketplace Fairness Act. The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Without objection, it is so ordered. ____________________
