I think if we can continue to support, Mr. Chairman, the Coastal Fund, which got, for instance, $492 million, the biggest allocation it has ever received, in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill, and we have other plans for additional revenues, then we don't have to get into a fight between coastal and upland and saltwater and freshwater.
