Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 72, S. 169. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk will report the bill by title. The bill clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 169) to amend title 17, United States Code, to require the Register of Copyrights to waive fees for filing an application for registration of a copyright claim in certain circumstances, and for other purposes. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill, which had been reported from the Committee on the Judiciary.
