The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To require campaign finance disclosures for certain persons benefitting from fossil fuel activities) At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. __. CAMPAIGN FINANCE DISCLOSURES BY FOSSIL FUEL BENEFICIARIES. (a) In General.--Section 304 of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1974 (52 U.S.C. 30104) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: ``(j) Disclosure by Fossil Fuel Beneficiaries.-- ``(1) In general.-- ``(A) Initial disclosure.--Every covered entity which has made covered disbursements and received covered transfers in an aggregate amount in excess of $10,000 during the period beginning on January 1, 2014, and ending on the date that is 165 days after the date of the enactment of this subsection shall file with the Commission a statement containing the information described in paragraph (2) not later than the date that is 180 days after the date of the enactment of this subsection.…
