Mr. President, if I may reply. As a new Senator in this body, who had not had legislative experience--I came out of an executive and law enforcement background--I have enjoyed the privilege of serving on that committee under the Senator's leadership. And now to have had the privilege of seeing him work this bill on the floor, for a new Senator, it has been a master class in leadership and legislation. I will never forget it. I feel very privileged to have had that experience. I thank the chairman.
