To our colleagues, I announce that it is the intention of the majority leader to resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 3240, the farm bill, when the Senate convenes tomorrow. At 10:30 a.m., there will be a cloture vote on the motion to proceed to the farm bill. We hope to reach an agreement on amendments to the bill during Thursday's session. ____________________

I would say I was an early believer in Josh’s race. I served in the Senate with Tom Harkin. I know what Iowa can deliver because I saw Tom Harkin in action.
“must pay for any network upgrades needed to serve their big demand, so ratepayers don’t bear the cost burden of added infrastructure.”
