Most of the dealbreaker humps we’re over, but now it’s refining the language, taking raw agreements into legislative texts and figuring out what schedule for voting succeeds.

I would say I was an early believer in Josh’s race. I served in the Senate with Tom Harkin. I know what Iowa can deliver because I saw Tom Harkin in action.

We need more clarity on that, and when we have more clarity on that they’ll be back-and-forth to try to resolve those issues.

This is a hugely important milestone but there are two big pieces of work in front of us.
