Mr. President, I am informed that the first vote tomorrow will be at approximately 11:30 in the morning on the motion to invoke cloture on the Repeal Big Oil Tax Subsidies Act. The Transportation bill expires at the end of the month. That will also have to be addressed before we leave this week. ____________________
