let me yield back to my senior Senator to move to his other issue. But let me also say what a pleasure and a privilege it has been to work with him in our shared determination to see that this amendment is made--this very reasonable amendment that will add no additional spending and will expand the reach of adolescent and child psychiatry in this country. He has been terrific to work with. It is always a pleasure and privilege to have Senator Reed as my senior Senator, but this has been a particularly good occasion of working together.
