If there is that kind of benefit, it would seem to be reasonable that we could find a way, through the politics of this body, to deliver some of that benefit back to the States of West Virginia and Wyoming.

I would say I was an early believer in Josh’s race. I served in the Senate with Tom Harkin. I know what Iowa can deliver because I saw Tom Harkin in action.
Most of the dealbreaker humps we’re over, but now it’s refining the language, taking raw agreements into legislative texts and figuring out what schedule for voting succeeds.
We need more clarity on that, and when we have more clarity on that they’ll be back-and-forth to try to resolve those issues.
