The fossil fuel-captured EPA’s decision to end its regulation of greenhouse gas emissions from power plants is a tragic and expensive mistake.

If we can pass this bill, we will flood the grid with clean, affordable energy and make data centers start paying their fair share.

We need more clarity on that, and when we have more clarity on that they’ll be back-and-forth to try to resolve those issues.
