just one last point. We have no medical privacy in this country now. The health care and privacy act is nonexistent. It has no teeth in it. Your medical records can be found out from anybody anywhere. They pass through a million different institutions as they get processed through transaction companies, insurance companies, financial companies. It is absolutely bogus. We haven't even passed the genetic nondiscrimination act here in this place, which means, if you have genetic disposition to a particular illness, you are not protected. There is no privacy in our medical records. Let us just understand that from the get-go. The American people are outraged by not having privacy, they have to get to their Members of Congress and request that we do more to strengthen the HIPAA law, the healthcare information and privacy act.
