Well, the Senator has a good point. The other side of the coin is that once you permit this, you are permitting communities to set up and operate. That may be all well and good. But BFI, or Waste Haulers, or whoever it is, cannot come in there and offer better, cheaper service, and some citizen in that community is being deprived of choice.
