this is a very important measure that the distinguished chairman of the Finance Committee is advancing here this evening. What we are doing is, as he mentioned, our very best to care for the maximum number of low-income children with health care. There is a prescribed or suggested package of benefits that includes eyeglasses and hearing aids for these children from very, very low-income families. So, Mr. President, I urge my colleagues to support this measure. I want to commend the chairman of the Finance Committee, the distinguished Senator from Utah, and, of course, the ranking member, Senator Moynihan, for everything they have done to advance this proposal.
