I wonder if I am also correct in suggesting that, under the proposal of the Senator from Delaware, under his second-degree amendment, you could have a situation where the woman is on the rolls now and therefore she is Medicaid eligible. Then suppose she goes off as a result of earnings. Can that individual come back on if her earnings fall below the earnings limitation? Yes, fall below, so she would be eligible once again for cash assistance? Would she get Medicaid?
