Jim Langevin: “I certainly agree with my colleague, Steve Biddle, that we should not offer unconditional aid to the Iraqi armed forces…”

We strongly support the Air Carrier Access Amendments Act (ACAAA), H.R. 1696, which was introduced by Rep. Jim Langevin (D-RI).

For me, accessible air travel is a must. In fact, I can confidently say that without it, I would not be able to do my job effectively.

I just joined the hearing. I was in the House Armed Services Committee mark-up, so just joined, and I will hold on questions for now.

As a person living with a disability, this issue is deeply personal to me.
