I thank the chairman. I am fond of saying that cybersecurity is not a problem to be solved but a challenge to be managed. I thank the chairman for his collaboration and his leadership on this issue, along with Ranking Member Thompson. I certainly look forward to the caucus' continuing contributions to the discussion.
