I thank the ranking member. Mr. Chairman, last but certainly not least, the bill also supports cyber operations and U.S. Cyber Command, while reducing redundant programs and increasing transparency and oversight. {time} 1945 As recent revelations of cyber incidents demonstrate, a trained and ready cyber force and robust defensive capabilities have never been more integral to our national security. These are just but a few of the highlights in the bill. In the interest of time, I will end there. But I do want to again thank the chairman and the ranking member for their leadership, all the members of the Armed Services Committee, as well as the staff of the committee, for all the work that they have put into this mark.
