This legislation, sponsored by Representatives James Langevin (D-RI), Paul Cook (R-CA), and Dina Titus (D-NV), would provide a veteran first-time homeowner or a current veteran homeowner with a refundable tax credit of up to $8,000 for adaptive housing improvements.
