I have great respect for the chairman of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Defense. And although we respectfully disagree, I hope my colleagues will see the wisdom of following what the House Armed Services Committee did and add additional funding for this great capability, which is a game-changing technology which will better protect both our fleet, also ultimately all of our military assets, and our men and women in uniform who serve. I would urge my colleagues to support the amendment, and I yield back the balance of my time.
