One of the other aspects that we have tried to stress is not only simply transferring the property to an investor, either not-for-profit or for-profit, but also encouraging retrofits or renovations so that you capture some of the new energy technologies, which in the long run is a benefit not only for the tenant, but also for the owner because it is more effective and efficient, and in the short-run also puts people to work, which is a desperate need.
