I think we need to get this money out as quickly as possible.
the responsibility for this predicament and it is a very serious one is shared by both Congress and the Executives.
Their goal should be to separate Palestinian people from Hamas.
Every Democrat voted for the amendment; all but two Republicans voted against it.
