At this point in time, I would just like to note, in this Chamber you have a gentleman from California and a gentleman from New York standing together to highlight the game- changing economic impact of the development of this natural resource. I believe this amendment will clearly articulate how this goes to create a manufacturing rebirth, a job renaissance here in America.
