Our local organizations calculated that child care in my State is unaffordable for 90 percent of families.
This comes down to a choice between lending them the tools to do the job or seeing young Americans facing combat.
It means that it costs more than 7 percent of total income.
I think we need to get this money out as quickly as possible.
