“Reclaiming my time, I couldn't have said it better. I know the gentleman has shared stories that I have experienced myself. When we look at the present state of U.S. manufacturing, these are not the days of smoke-filled rooms where safety wasn't a concern and that it was a dirty, drudgery type of environment that they existed in. That is great.'' Then one young man, who was a senior, said, ``Congressman, I am going to be a welder.'' I went over the Moon with that young man.”
