If I may, if the Senator will yield, I, too, concur with the support, the assistance, the advice, and I think the general goodwill that the industry has brought to this debate. We are now, though, at the detail level, the fine detail, technical detail, and that is critically important. These are the types of details which later on come back to haunt us sometimes if they are not done well.
