Rather than take a series of thoughtful and coordinated steps in order to lay out and address their concerns with UNRWA, the administration has acted in a way that suggests to me that they intend to use the increasingly dire humanitarian situation in Gaza and the West Bank as a stick to try to force Palestinian acquiescence to Jared Kushner peace plan. This is not only cruel, it is bad policy.
