I would ask the Chairman, consistent with his views that there are some problems with existing law, that we work together to allocate the funds so that all of the information gets to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System.

Since the Goldman Act was enacted there has been a decline in the number of American children abducted overseas and that is a good news story.
We should be talking about how we support the ATF and enable it to do its job, but today again we are here to attack the ATF and to try to even abolish it.
