Mr. Speaker, during rollcall vote No. 894 on H.R. 2055, I mistakenly recorded my vote as ``no'' when I should have voted ``yes.'' Appointment of Conferees THE SPEAKER pro tempore (Mr. Westmoreland). Without objection, the Chair appoints the following conferees: Messrs. Rogers of Kentucky, Young of Florida, Lewis of California, Frelinghuysen, Aderholt, Mrs. Emerson, Ms. Granger, Messrs.
