During rollcall vote No. 894 on H.R. 2055, I mistakenly recorded my vote as ``no'' when I should have voted ``yes.'' Appointment of Conferees THE SPEAKER pro tempore (Mr. Westmoreland). Without objection, the Chair appoints the following conferees: Messrs. Rogers of Kentucky, Young of Florida, Lewis of California, Frelinghuysen, Aderholt, Mrs. Emerson, Ms. Granger, Messrs. Simpson, Culberson, Crenshaw, Rehberg, Carter, Dicks, Visclosky, Mrs. Lowey, Mr. Serrano, Ms. DeLauro, Messrs. Moran, Price of North Carolina, and Bishop of Georgia.
